Bulk Composition of GJ 1214b and other sub-Neptune exoplanets

GJ 1214b has at most 7% H/He by mass, and it seems that the sub-Neptunes with known masses and radii have less than ~10% H/He by mass. Exception appears to be Kepler-11e, though the bias towards measuring higher masses may mean we are missing more H/He-enriched low-mass planets.
