| Impressive to see that SOPHIE is doing just as well as, if not better than HIRES after those upgrades. Having another ~1 m/s precision spectrograph is going to be useful, I imagine.
Given that such low-mass planets are often in multiple systems, it looks like there's a lot of room for extra planets in that system - particularly that (tentatively non-linear) trend. I expect we'll be seeing this name again within a few years.
And hey, good to see an update to HD 190360. It's one of the nearest systems with a long-period giant planet (52 light-years), so as we progress ever closer to imaging truly Jupiter-like planets, I expect HD 190360 b will be one of the first to be detected. | |

| It's also possible there's more planets in the system that haven't been detected... _________________ Caps Lock: Cruise control for 'Cool'!

| If they aliens are able to have ship size of a planet taking plasma from our sun that is no problem to remove hydrogen helium atmosphere from such warm Neptune .Nevertheless any moon of such planet could be earth like | |

| Follow-up with the Green Bank Telescope fails to detect any evidence of the signal. "The fact that they are not frequently seen in continuum imaging surveys suggests that the RATAN transient is likely due to instrumental interference or to some other artifact of human technology. While absence of evidence for extraterrestrial intelligence is by no means evidence of absence, our GBT observations did not detect ongoing emission from the direction of HD 164595 between 9.1 and 11.6 GHz to a sensitivity of ~10 mJy (10σ). Single-epoch transients are by their nature hard to confirm or deny, illustrating the need for confirming followup, either at a later time, or as part of the observing strategy (whether triggered follow-up of interesting sources, or some form of on-off observing). We intend to reobserve HD 164595 as part of the Breakthrough Listen target list, along with ongoing observations of targets selected using a range of criteria." https://seti.berkeley.edu/HD164595.pdf _________________ Caps Lock: Cruise control for 'Cool'!

| The presentation of the "SETI signal" from HD 164595 by Claudio Maccone in Guadalajara on Sep. 27 has been withdrawn.. All that is a deplorable stoty. | |
