In a similar case to Upsilon Andromedae b, the hot spot is significantly shifted from the substellar point (~71° eastwards). The night side is warm with a temperature ~2400 K. The offset of the hot spot may be due to a combination of strong winds in the atmosphere and the recombination/dissociation of hydrogen molecules in the atmosphere.
