XO-3 b spin-orbit misalignment?

XO-3 b's orbit appears to be tilted in reference to the spin of the star by ~70 degrees. If confirmed, this would, at least to me, suggest that massive planets in highly eccentric orbits tend to have high spin-orbit misalignments, HD 17156 b being another example.
