The CoRoT satellite in flight : description and performance

See fig. 30 - the number of detected transits is far larger than the number of confirmed planets (of course many of the non-confirmed transits may be eclipsing binary stars and suchlike).

There also were so much "to-be-confirmed" CoRot candidates listed in "unconfirmed" section of EPE. Even orbiting giant stars.

But this post of my own seems a bit off-topic. Smile
