Is PSR B1257+12 D confirmed?

I honestly don't know what this object's status is, and I can't find anything about it on ArXiv. =|

From the paper about modelling the formation of the pulsar planets I posted in this thread...

However, subsequent observations suggest these are due to effects related to the propagation of radio waves through the interstellar plasma, and not gravitational in origin (Alex Wolszczan, private communication).
If it's interstellar plasma then things don't look too good...
