We have world building. How about a ship building. Give designs, suggestions, and help on how to build a LEO/interplanetary/interstellar type ships.

Sirius Alpha made some nice paper models. Once we discussed about opening a subforum about spacecraft models and rendering. We've jsut to wait his answer, I think Smile

You seriously want me to make a sort of "Extraneous" forum? One where we can put stuff that doesn't belong in other forums? Art, and such for example?

There are other places on the internet which deal in the practicalities of interstellar exploration and would be the perfect place to do ship design. It seems rather removed from the focus of Extrasolar Visions though...

Nor was I when I first started. My first creation was a 2D side view of the origional USS Enterprise (Star Trek). I had five sheets of pink computer paper, rolled them up into five equal tubes, and taped it all together.
