Not sure how you would explain why 80% of hot Jupiters are significantly inclined. It's not like these gas giants are within a few degrees of -90° or 90°, their inclinations seem to be scattered everywhere.

I would suspect systems with retrograde and prograde planets would be more stable due to briefer planet conjunctions.

interesting exist others examples of such dust disks? Search by keyword "Counterrotating Protostellar Accretion Disk" gives nothing.

In addition to the solar system is also a strong example of a retrograde orbit - the satellite of Neptune Triton. There are versions - originally on the formation of such an orbit, or the seizure of the Kuiper belt.
