That's a pretty neat observation there, according to the parameters in that paper, the planet comes to about 6.1 stellar radii at periastron.

On the other hand if the star is more massive than the value of 1.05 solar masses (e.g. this paper), the semimajor axis of the planet's orbit would be larger and the transit probability would be lower.

Wow, searching the transit at longer orbital periods. Intriguing challenge, especially account they're dealing with a giant star, rather a MS one.

Plus they would detect the transit of my favourite (eponymous) star
