Terrestrial planet frequency estimated from white dwarf debris discs

Review of observations of white dwarf debris discs. The frequency of remnants of terrestrial planet systems around white dwarfs is estimated to be likely around 20-30%. This suggests that terrestrial planet formation may be quite a common occurrence around A-F type stars.
