According to this analysis of the Kepler data, it seems that Earth analogues may be fairly rare, maybe around 1.4-2.7% of Sunlike stars. Will be interesting to see how this holds up...

I'm sure this number will increase considerably. They didn't use a very long baseline to make that estimate.

With the given data, it suggests.
But I think that is less than 10% of the stars in the Galaxy.
