The second paper is by the scientists who originally found the transit-like signal, makes a change from the debates surrounding Gliese 581 by having the discoverers themselves in the sceptical camp.

Dynamical model predicts that if UCF-1.01 exists, it would exhibit significant transit timing variations, and that if UCF-1.02 exists then it cannot be in a low-order mean motion resonance with Gliese 436b due to lack of observed TTV for planet b.
