Heller (2012) "Exomoon habitability constrained by energy flux and orbital stability"

Considering the effects of orbital stability, tidal heating and eclipses on whether an exomoon can be habitable. For host stars below ~0.5 M these effects become significant.

Another interesting study of the detectability and habitability of exomoons.

Similar to the previous one, submitted as proceedings to the XXVIII IAU General Assembly (2012, Beijing).

But What if the host planet of Earth-size exomoon be far enough from the Cool star? With the tidal heating, could be This hypothetical Earth-size exomoon could have enough heat to be habitable instead of be too hot for life, the Planet-moon system just need, I think be a Little far from the Cool star classical habitable zone, and in this intermediary distance for determinate number of transit,TDV and TTV could be detect by Kepler in Projects Like The Hunt for Exomoons with Kepler (HEK).

Dynamical Effects on the Habitable Zone for Earth-like Exomoons
http://arxiv.org/abs/1304.4377

Effects of orbital direction, inclination and eccentricity of the exomoon. Retrograde moons have shorter eclipses and end up being hotter, though the effect is less for moons orbiting closer to the planet.
