New super-Earth at HD 189567 and HD 96700

The paper appears to re-present a number of known planets, unfortunately without following established precedent for their naming in a couple systems. While the majority of the planets presented here are known (and presented with about the same precision as many of them were back in 2011!), there are a couple new planets. One each at HD 96700 and HD 189567, making these a three- and two-planet system, respectively.
