| It seems an incomplete research paper through, if not in progress. | |

| Strange as I can understand that in case of low mass planets (gj 581 g,f) it could happen but 2 jovian planets was announced and now disproven | |

| Moreover I don't get why only HIP 11952 c has been removed by EPE list...
How is that website working? :?

The paper mentions that the RV errors are quite high due to the star's relatively hot temperature and lack of metals. Maybe that had something to do with it?

| I can't say I'm surprised. I know it's wholly unscientific, but looking at the RV plot for HIP 11952 in the original discovery paper, the fit didn't seem too convincing to me. It kinda looked as if it wasn't statistically significant. _________________ Caps Lock: Cruise control for 'Cool'!

| Anyone tried the original velocity set in Systemic? | |

Neither can I. The old version worked perfectly: the newest one crashes at once.

| Maybe all the recent Java security updates broke it? | |

I don't know, but several system setting have changed, like no more defaultsystem.dat file, you can load only one system as systemic opens.

| I remember having to do that specifically myself before I was just entirely unable to run it. I've got an issue where trying to run the file just opens the jar file to reveal the component classes and files instead of running it.
I wonder how much effort would be required to build a new Systemic-like programme. _________________ Caps Lock: Cruise control for 'Cool'!

| It's now up. Apparently there was a problem with the barycentric correction in the FEROS-DRS pipeline. After fixing the barycentric correction the FEROS results show no evidence for the planets. | |
