I believe that under this definition and given the astrometric masses, Upsilon Andromedae is the first known system to contain both S- and P-type planets, containing the circumstellar planet Ups And b, and the circumbinary planet Ups And d. While it is probably among the tightest binaries to host an S-type planet, it does follow the Kepler pattern of circumbinary planets being located close to or in the habitable zone.
